I’m done. Mentally and physically, I can’t take it anymore.

In my 36 years of being an eligible voter, I’ve never had more than three fliers during the entire election campaign telling me to vote for someone or something. I’ve received three fliers, texts, and/or phone calls per day for the past week. Imagine how many more these would be if I had cable or streaming services, or if I didn’t have an adblocker while surfing the web.

We’ve had politicians gin-up competing abortion initiatives to purposely confuse voters in Nebraska.

We’ve had a man in Texas punch an elderly poll worker after he was asked to remove his Trump hat.

We’ve had a woman show up to a polling location with a pro-Trump shirt on. When told she had to remove it, she called the poll worker a dickhead and told them to “suck her cunt,” then ripped off her shirt and voted with just her bra on.

We’ve had ballot boxes set on fire.

We’ve had the Madison Square Garden Bund Rally.

Today, we have an 18-year-old brandishing a machete with an 18-inch blade at a polling location, threatening other people.

Guess which party they all belong to?

We still have a week until election day.

Good luck to us all.
